A Tradeshow is a marathon and a sprint

We all know that a tradeshow is tough. You have to do your time on the noisy exhibit floor AND keep up with all the regular work. Sometimes it can feel like a waste of your time. However 85% of the success of your booth is connected to staff performance. So how you ‘show up’ will determine if it’s a waste of time or a success.
I would add two things to this list:
- Drink lots of water: You’ll be talking most of the time in a noisy room….if the show is 3 days or more…it’s easy to strain your voice. And unless you’re really good at mime, you’ll be useless on the floor.
- Hire a professional trade show presenter. Yes, it’s a plug for my team but they already do everything on the list below AND they do it with commitment
